We are an award-winning web designer/developer and a skilled marketing/communications professional. As community-minded, socially progressive people, we were concerned that only larger companies could afford services like those our companies provide, so we founded Goldberry Digital with the goal of offering customized, quality digital services at price points that small businesses can afford.

Kelly McCormack: Our web designer/developer has over 25 years of experience building websites, banner ads, and more for a variety of businesses. He has won multiple awards for his work as part of a leading Michigan Avenue ad agency and has a passion for accessible web design and development.

Ivy Lindstrom: Our marketing and communications expert began her career as an English professor, most recently with the University of Wisconsin, before the Adjunct Revolution steered her into marketing and communications fifteen years ago. In that time, she has earned impressive ROIs in her work with website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media for companies such as Microsoft and Oracle.

Our name and how we honor it:

Our name comes from J. R. R. Tolkien’s character, Goldberry, wife of Tom Bombadil in the novel The Hobbit. Goldberry was a delightful character who always saw the promise, joy, and hope in any situation and sought to find the good in all things. As we are all Tolkien fans and share Goldberry’s outlook, we thought no other name would suit us quite as well.

In the spirit of finding the good in the world, we offer a 10% discount to minority-owned businesses, businesses that support the LGBTQ+ community, businesses with an environmental focus, and animal-rights businesses, such as vegan companies or animal rescues.
